We’ve been working on The List, by Brännland Iscider, for a while now. We’re offering The List members an opportunity to acquire small batch, rare, intriguing Ice Ciders from us, to enter into a conversation with the wines, and hopefully, with us.
For each release I will try and write some notes and tell you the story of the specific release, in a way that recalls our thinking, methodology, the year, and how it fits into our Ice Cider making. Then, you’ll have the chance to join us, at digital or physical events, where we’ll be able to give you’ll have a little more information, a little more depth, and a chance to really get to know about our Ice Cider, in a way few do.
